I acknowledge an ongoing monthly, year-long, renewable coaching relationship with Rialto Academy. My coaching call frequency: 60 minute calls 4x per month. I will be billed monthly on the date of sign up. SCHEDULING: Rialto or my coach will reach out to me to set my initial call and all subsequent calls are to be set between myself and my coach. This includes accommodating travel, holidays and months with any needed scheduling changes. Calls can sometimes be rescheduled with 48 hours notice. No-shows for calls will not be rescheduled. Calls with less than 48 hours notice will not be rescheduled, at the discretion of the coach to accommodate emergency situations. Calls will be recorded at the agreement of the coach and client for the sole use of the coach and client. ADDITIONAL BENEFITS: My Rialto Coaching relationship gives me access to other Rialto Training and Coaching products and events at discounted rates. I will receive regular communication from Rialto about my opportunities. CANCELLATION: While each contract is expected to be a 12-month agreement, Rialto understands that sometimes unexpected circumstances prohibit completion of the agreed terms. As a client, I may cancel my coaching contract in writing with 45 days notice. A written acknowledgment is required to confirm the cancellation. An email to Coaching@RialtoAcademy.com with a response is sufficient to meet the written requirement for cancellation. Similarly, the 12-month contract will be renewed unless it is expressly terminated under these same terms.
